Andreas Vierziger regularly collaborates with the most important orchestras, festivals and concert presenters across Europe. Since it's establishment he works for Mark Stephan Buhl Artists Management in Vienna where he focuses on managing instrumental soloists and chamber music ensembles. The agency internationally represents some of the most renowned classical music artists, including Grammy winners. He was the youngest member ever of the "Association Européene des Agents Artistiques".
Born in Salzburg, he studied dramatics, film and media science as well as musicology and arts management at the University of Vienna. As a scholarship holder Mr. Vierziger attended programs at the Fudan University in Shanghai, the Beijing University and Sibelius Academy in Helsinki. He holds a certificate in cultural management from the Institute for Cultural Concepts Vienna and took courses in e-commerce and product design as advanced training. The Richard Wagner Society awarded him with the Richard Wagner Scholarship.
Mr. Vierziger regularly gives lectures on music management at various institutions. He served as a jury member for Musica Juventutis, an organization that selects young musicians for concerts at the Wiener Konzerthaus, and for the International Johannes Brahms Competition.
